A few months ago I got a build-to-order pc from tigerdirect.com and so far I'm loving everything about it, except for the RAM. They gave great brands of the two parts I was most unsure of (MSI mobo, XFX 7800gt), but I am skeptical about the RAM they included. I requested 1 gig of ram, and they sent two sticks of no-name 512mb PC3200:cuss2: , which have no heatsinks and were thankfully in the right RAM slots on arrival. I think I should mention that the CPU is an Athlon X2 4400+, but the startup and general zippiness of my system is not much faster than that of my old one, could it be the RAM?
Now, on my old system, I played Counter Strike: Source with up to 19 bots with no lag. I know bots are not why you would by CS, but my internet is not for playing games on (HL2: deathmatch=1000 latency! No joke)

. I had a Pentium 4 2GHz, 512mb RAM (256mb Rosewill, 256mb Kingston), and a geforce MX 4000

. I could have bot sessions with no lag on this system. While my new PC supports max graphics and insane FPS, bot movement is laggy

. Is there anyone out there with the same problem?
