Power Converter

This isn't so much hardware as it is an appliance (close enough, /shrug), but I was wondering if anyone could point me towards something that could allow me to plug an American appliance into an Australian socket. Preferably I'd also have it being able to take a range of voltages as well.

they have these at any hardware store (ive even seen em at fry's). it's just a little adapter that plugs into the wall, poof.
