What to do with 11 old cellphones?

I have 11 old cell phones you guys got any clue to what i could do with em?

give them to the local school district. They activate them as 911 phones and distribute them to teachers.

some cell phone shops give u $$$ for old cell phones...find one and get some $$$

They were supposed to be 911 phones but the ppl that donated them never de-activated them so they were sent back to me. I collected them from my community but the 11 i have left no one has called to pick them back up.
