Workstation Graphics Cards
I want to buy a workstation graphics card. I want to spend around $400 AUD. Can anyone advise me on a good card and can anyone tell me if the fans on Leadtek quadros are loud. Thanx in advance.

Well... at that price, you can buy some older workstation graphics cards off of ebay, but nothing current.
As far as a good card is concerned, the Quadros are indeed good quality and well supported. I've heard nothing but venomous complaints from the guys using the FireGL cards from ATI due to the lack of decent linux support, which may or may not apply to your project.
