It comes in a 32bit version....WHY I don't know....You'd think if you were serious enough to wanna be playing around with Ultimate it would be 64....

No! I switched from 4GB of 800mhz G.Skill ram to 4GB of 1066mhz G.Skill ram.!

I know there is a 32 and 64bit version of windows, I actually chose 32Bit with the intention of Win7 being my first 64Bit OS.

I get to use 3325MB of my 4GB! Is that really so bad?

Win7 Home Premium and Win7 Professional will be the only 2 versions available to buy off the shelf!

Win7 Ultimate will be sold as an online upgrade only after the purchase of one of the other 2!

Here an OLD benchmark in Everest, it's the only one I could find on the old hard drive....so it's only for Memory, but it gives you an idea...

and here's one from Everest with the e8600....notice there's only TWO higher ones that scored higher than me..... (at least at the time they released Everest Ultimate Edition 4.60

PS: here's another Free Benchmark formerly CPUMark 02....

Does anyone know what this means???? or have comparative results to show...cause I think I'm the only one....

You don't need Vista Ultimate, Vista Home Premium is enough. Actually look at the featurelist before you decide that you need Ultimate.

Vista Ultimate is no major big deal!

LMN seems to like the game "Tinker" that only comes with Ultimate though
And the texas hold 'em poker game is great fun!

Other then that its not really different to yours!
