ASUS A7V266-MX will work with 333 Memory?

I know it only supports 200 and 266 memory. But i wanna know if it will recognize and run a 256MB 333 mem as 266?

Yes. Any DDR1 RAM will work in that board. Higher speed RAM at lower speeds will be able to use lower CAS latencies too. eg: my RAM is designed for 400MHz (CAS3), but runs at 290MHz with CAS2. My old board was a 266MHz only board and this RAM worked fine in it.
