Need new ATI PCI card! Please look!

I have an intel ca810e motherboard/800mhz cpu, and it only has PCI slots. If someone could sell me a (preferrably) 9200se PCI version, I would appreciate it.

Yes, I know PCI is crap, but I don't have a choice. Unless, someone could maybe sell me a better motherboard with an intel cpu?

Sigh. The point was to get something for a super deal. You know, from one of the people here.

God I'm stupid. Close this ****ing thread. In fact, delete it. Why the hell did I post this?

A GF4 MX is better than a 9200SE? Damn, and I was going to get one.

It's better value for money, but IIRC the 5200 does actualy outperform them.

Alright. If anyone else has the same card that they can sell for cheaper (by some odd chance) then please contact me.

Oh yeah, the 5200. Or that!

yea, on benchmarks for recent games like ut2k3, or not so recent like commanche 4, the gf4mx runs neck and neck with the 5200, just 1-2fps off, also leaving the 9200se in the dust... for $20 cheaper than the 5200, the gf4mx wins.

I don't have a PCI videocard, but I do have an Intel motherboard. It's the Abit BH6, which features the i440BX chipset and has 3 memory slots, 1 AGP slot, 5 PCI slots, and 2 ISA slots (talk about old, huh). To my knowledge it still works well, although I believe the CMOS battery is dead.

Haha, good one.

I would help you out, but I sold my MX420 a few months back, and the MX440 PCI is in my rig right now in use. I took the quiet, more stable PC route with PCI video. Although I don't game alot.

My brothers got a V3 2000 PCI in his rig(Also a Pentium III 800 like yours), which I've been meaning to change since it sucks in XP Pro.

Your best bet for cheap prices are ebay. Although if you've got $50 go for this MX440: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...145-052&depa=1

That's the exact one I have in my rig now. You could get a different brand, but Chaintech's MX440 looks cooler.

I won't have another job till the summer, so I've been in your situation. Just try doing some chores or something to raise some money. Or mooch off your siblings.
