-on comp, doing nothing, all of a sudden net goes out
-looks at router, lights are out... then returns
-ok... it rebooted itself... ok, so whatever... back to comp
-and then it happens again

-wondering why it's happening

i had a problem like that before, it was my power connector. It was alittle loose, but it didnt feel loose at all...like hair thin. I bought a new power connector and it was fine ever since. You might wanna check that out.

I was having issues with my DI-604 as well with net outages, but no power outage. The solution I came up with was setting a specified IP on each computer in the local network instead of automatically assigning them.

interesting problems
haven't had that power problem..
i did have a dhcp or w/e server problem though..

anyways found out that the mblaster worm can affect it too =x
that's why it was restarting..
fixed it by re-updating the firmware

thx for your suggestions
