Smile I finally have sound.

Finally. I can hear my MP3s. I threw the possibility of my mobo ever being able to use a PCI soundcard out the window, and thought I was out of luck. I went to CompUSA today not expecting to buy anything, but I found an Audigy 2 ZS USB for $140, and I knew it was my only option. I got it. And it's fcking awesome. I thought it being USB it would hog resources and bog apps down, but it doesn't.. it sounds great, supports my 4.1 Inspires, and doesn't affect speed a bit.

*cooliscool is insanely happy

Read the whole thing. I said that I figured that it would kill my resources, but it really doesn't. It isn't any slower than my SBLive! 5.1 was. I can finally hear my leet car revving up in nfsu.

Does it support full hardware acceleration (DirectX) features?
