Quick question about psu's

I'm purchasing a new power supply for my computer and I'm not sure of which of these to upgrade to->(ie which would be better for an athlon xp 3200+ system)

An Antec 400 watt performance psu
or
An Antec TruPower 380 watt psu

also depends on whay components u use too. 400w should serve u well
