I just got an MS Sidewinder for a like, a Dollar (111.830 Japanese Yen
) it works well in most Playstation games. However, the d-pad is a little stiff (not good for fighting games, but much better then the Gravis pad I was using) but at least something is using the game port on my board.By the way, does anyone know if using the GamePort will lower my performance (like the serial port?) Re: I just bought a Microsoft Sidewinder...........for a buck!
The reason why you got it for a buck is because MS is not going to make any more Sidewinders. They're not bad at all.

I have the gameport version
and I must say it's one of the best gamepads for capcom fighters there is. TOo many stupid 4 button gamepads. ALthough if you could get one of those arcade sticks Nothing beats that.
