9800 SE is a cheaper version of 9800 to bridge the cap between 9600P and 9800.

Still, they should label it more clearly.

Well, after reading that it is pretty clear that you have to take the card, look at it, and plug it before buying it... The Radeon 9800 Pro-Lite from sapphire looks to be a good deal though... although I suspect there are differences more considerable than a mere PCB change...

I think those 9800se cards have only 1/2 the pipelines of a 9800 pro/non pro.
