Well it seems your running your fsb/mem at 133ddr (266) but your memory and cpu can run at 166ddr (333).
I assume you have pc2700 memory (333) yes?
If so I seriouslly recommend you change your fsb/memory clock in the bios to 166 then put the multiplier to 10.5, this will give you a clock speed of 1743mhz which is a little higher than you have now but not much and the extra fsb will improve the overall speed quite a bit.
As for how much you can get out of that chip its a bit of a lottery as I have no idea about sis chipsets and there overclocking capabilitys, the way I overclock is to put the multiplier down low (8 or 9x) then keep pushing the fsb up a few at a time till you cant boot no more then back off 2 or 3 mhz then start pushing the multiplier back up till it wont boot then start increasing the cpu voltage till you find the chips overall mhz limit (at a temp you can live with) then start increasing the memory timings and back off the fsb (if you have to) till you find the best compromise (if to go to max memory timings you have to back off a lot on the fsb then lower the timings a little to find the best compromise)
Stabilty is the key though as its no good running super fast if it crashes when you push it, I run folding@home 24/7 which uses 100% cpu all the time and if it doesnt crash for days on end thats good enough for me.
