Reinstall youre OS or maybe u using the orginal Driver?

try using detonator... but i think the best detonator Series for MX Family is 30.82 version

but if u fail to install new DirectX maybe because ure OS is trouble...

ummm...if you are using an nvidia card than go to nview...and make sure its under "clone" if you want it to copy image frommonitor to tv...if you want both tobe desktops then the tv is supposed to go black because movies and games can only run on 1 thing at a time....

My friend had this problem with movies on his set up. I went into nview and I changed his video overlay settings to "display fullscreen on secondary device". So now whenever he watches a movie it displays full screen on his TV.

Make the TV the primary display instead of the monitor. Only the primary display can display video overlay.

same problem here, have to set the TV to primary display in order to play the video, in twin view mode, only monitor is displaying the video perhaps it's because of the difference refresh rate TV and monitor.
