Mainboard MSI 875P Neo2

I got a problem with the USB 2.0 driver. Everytime I install it, my system both windows 98 become very very unstable and all my other driver become (maybe I can say) corrupted. Anybody know any help ?
And in XP, some of my game such as Neo geo and EPSXE wont run.

My comp spec are :
P4 2.4C GHz FSB 800 HT
memory 256Mb PC 3200 Kingston x 2 (Dual Channel)
VGA Eagle GeForce4 MX460 DDR 128Mb

Well, so the rumours of the msi springdale/canterwood boards being buggy seems true
