Problem building comp

i got my comp parts today and was jus in the process of building it when i ran into a problem.. where do i connect the fans?? they fit in the connecters on the power supply.. but it only comes with 3 and i already put em in my 2 cdrs and my HDD... so how am i supposed to connect em?? btw i got 3 case fans...

I'm woundering if there are some sort of power supply splitters that could split 1 into 2?

i dont see how this would give me extra plugs all it is is an extension cable..

im pretty sure y cables are splitters and not converters or i maybe wrong.

Or me think (my Guess) would the smaller plug goes into the fan and the others go from power to motherboard

thats how i mettled my 66mhz pc so try that

no the fan would be able to plug into one of the bigger ones but not the small one...my pc is not old.. i jus bought all new parts from newegg...

well one would go in to power supply (maybe don't know for sure) and then in to the mother board maybe

omg im a complete moron lol... the fan comes with an extension.. so it plugs into one of the plugs in the psu.. and another plug can be used for my cdr.. dam im an idiot.. sorry for troubling u guys.. lol

you dont need splitters for those, just plug it in and on the opposite end of the fan's cable you can plug in another one.

lol, i was wondering the same thing 4days ago while building my comp. i woulda found the thread earlier i woulda been able to answer it right away cuz i was thinking the same thing u were.

It takes power directly from the PSU the other end could be used to power another fan or a CD/HD drive
