The wwhole point about a TV card is that it's a TV in your PC. Yes you can, although don't expect spoogtastic quality from it.

I've tried it with my crappy Zoltrix Genie TV and It's not worth it. The image quality is awful - blurry and washed out. VGA is the only way to go (for current consoles anyways).

I use my PS2 w/my Aver media TV card and it works just fine. The picture does look better on a real TV, as Kane said, but it good enough that I don't mind.

IMO the picture quality is just soso. No where near the quality of VGA or a good TV.

I downloaded the new drivers also. I had to since I use WIN XP and the Aver card's original drivers won't work w/XP. As for the capture feature I'm not sure about that. I haven't tried it w/the new drivers. Maybe I should and see what happens. When I do, I'll let you know what I discover.
