Help me my cd burner is driving me crazy!

Ok heres the deal I have an aopen cdrw 1232 pro and every time I try to burn with nero burn it says fixation error but for more info I'v pasted the log file:

Any ways generally when I try to burn it either says fixation error or could not perform endtrack usually fixation error so please help.

Its a data cd but cd copy has roughly the same problem too
