The Best way to find the ASUS Bios is go to ASUS website like me, mine is Jetway and I go to Jetway website to find BIOS, if you can't find the bios, try using search engine like yahoo or etc. Flashing BIOS is not so hard just follow the instruction given to you.

yeloazndevil: you simply run a flashing program from a bootdisk and it does its job in a few secs. a bit risky of course, you can screw your mobo if you have a power failure during the flashing process.

You can pretty much flash any device that has a BIOS or firmware, like mobos, video cards and even CD drives. For a better margin of safety it is recommended that you flash it from the hard disk and not from a floppy to avoid problems stemming from a possible bad/corrupted floppy.

While that is generally correct, that procedure is specific for the K7S5A. It won't work for other mobos.

guess so. But it looks like my K7S5A isn't too stable. But many people say it's good

Its easy as to flash your bios, just make a bootable disk then unzip the bios/utils on to the disk and restart your comp with the disk, most have a file on called runme so just type "runme" and it will do the rest...

No its not hard at all. Usually when you do download a new version of your bios it comes with a flashing utility, then u just go from there.
