It's also a CDRW. But that shouldn't make a difference.

1. I can't read only PSX cd's. On other CR-R drives all looks fine
2. Pirated or not, this cd played on all other CD-R drives
3. My cd is not CD-R or CD-RW, it almost original
4. Cd-R plugin ? What you mean ?

1. What do you mean by other CD-R drives? Do you have others or are they your friends?
2. Again, what other CD-R drives?
3. What do you mean by original? In your first post you said you had a CD-RW drive. Don't confuse us.
4. the CD-R plugin that comes with epsxe called epsxe WIN 2K/XP plugin.

You need a CD-R plugin in order for Epsxe to run PSX CDs. It doesn't matter if Windows can read it or not.

You can also try updating your CD-RW drive's drivers. This may help your PC read PSX CDs.

Thumbs up Ok, let's help this guy!!

I've investigated some info of the drive... is not too old.

Writer Name: Sony CRX 120E
Device-ID: SONY CD-RW CRX120E
Interface: IDE
Writing Speed CD-R: 1x, 2x, 4x
Writing Speed CD-RW: 2x, 4x
Buffer Memory: 2048
Write Index Marks: Yes
Write UPC-Code: Yes
Write ISRC-Code: Yes
Read Recorder Buffer Occupancy: Yes
Burn 80-Minutes CD-Rs: Yes
Burn 90/99-Minutes CD-Rs: No. (The CD-Rs can only be written up to the normal capacity (about 80 minutes!)
Overburning: No
CD-R Capacity Test: No
Read Manufacturer Code: Yes
Write CD-Text: Yes
Leave CD Open (Session-at-Once): Yes
Burn-Proof: No
Burn Audio CD-Rs: Yes
Track 1, Index 1 > 00:03:00: No
Read ATIP Information: Yes

So, it SHOULD read anything... Zero MH is right, it doesn't matter if Windows can't read it, you can go to the CDR PlugIns section in NGEmu and download the right one for your drive, you should try (in this order) CDR Mooby, Pete's PSX ASPI CDR and TSC MSCDEX, I think you're having trouble with the ASPI drivers in your machine... OR maybe your CDRW can't read RAW data. I think the last full ePSXe Setup (the one with plugins) have a very good ASPI installer.

And.. I'm not American too... well.. kinda ... I'm SouthAmerican... the USA guys like to call themselves "Americans" hehe.. look the map guys!!! America is BIG!!! is not only USA!.

Can you open the cd in explorer?

There are some drives which cannot read from psx disks. (some Aopen drives come to mind).

English originated in England. Hence the name "English". The Americans have their own form of english. I tell you what? King of the Hill is the best show.

I'm try to put Mooby etc plugins in plugins directory of emulator, but there is no result.
When I put PSX cd in drive, cd rotate, led is blinking - for 3 minutes - and it all ! Windows (or CD-RW drive can't read it). So why I need some plugins for emulator - I can't read this cd at all !
Ok, let's forget about drive - I make ISO file on another computer.
And I got another problem - ISO don't run - just black screen :

What can I do ? I want to play Sony games...

About your drive, try updating the firmware, maybe that will fix it. About making ISOs on another computer, which program did you use to make the ISO?

WinISO is not a good program to make ISOs from PSX CDs. Try ISO Producer, it's easy to use, fast and free.
