Go to display properties ->settings -> advanced -> GeForce 4 MX 440 -> additional properties -> 3D anti-aliasing. I think that's it anyways, I'm not at my computer right now. It should be somewhere in the display properties tho. If you're using the manufacturer drivers then look in the manual for the setting.

I bought a Geforce 4 MX 420 yesterday. All you have to do is right click on the taskbar icon and it is the top option.

Yes, they're both relatively the same thing.

actually, it degrades it its made to improve the overall image quality: smothes, edges, blurs stuff a bit, makes textures nicer, etc... FSAA == Full screen anti-aliasing

well, if u are playing 2D games with epsxe or Zsnes (i really dont know if u mean with any emulator ) be sure to enable the 2XSAI or SuperEagle filters if u go for 3D, FSAA will make stuff much nicer

Actually Neojag, FSAA only degrades your system performance if you have a lower end system. If you have a high end system (like I do) it can actually enhance performance. I run my games w/2xSAI, full screen smoothing, and 4x9tap FSAA and they run full speed and look great.

4x and 4xS alike?
Look at the crisp textures with 4xS and the performance hit. It really isn't the same.

It degrades the system performance no matter how fast is your system, just you won't notice it since your system is fast enough to handle the extra jobs.
Anyway, it can't enhance performance but quality
