agp/pci
can someone please tell me how to check if i have an agp slot. and i would also like to know how to check if i have a pci card

just look at your mobo. if all the slots look the same, they are all pci. if you got an agp slot, it will be the one on top that looks different and is slightly offset.
now if you have isa, thats a different story, but i dont think those are made anymore..

Usually the AGP slot is the nearest from the CPU. The ISA slots are larger than PCI or AGP, but as Bgnome said, they are very rare nowadays. You can also check your mobo's manual.
