3dmark 2000

What would be a good score in 3d mark 2000 at 1024*768 16 bit colour and 800*600 16 bit colour????
Wasn't arsed downloadin 2001 too big

yeah, im downloading the 2000 v1.1 too
ill tell u my results when i do the tests (that is, if the prog WORKS )

My 3DMark2000 score is a bit over 8000 pts..

It's a benchmarking program designed specifically for 3D games. It tests the rendering abilities of your video card (and CPU) through various tests and gives you a mark at the end of the tests.

I got about 8900 as far as I can remember using 3dMark2000, using the standard benchmark. My specs. in my sig.

hmmm. i think 3dmark :shout: is somewhat inaccurate as it uses d3d for most of the test if your card supports it and the processor enhancements otherwise. for those with voodoo cards you wont get to enjoy the glory of glide marks . neither does it do opengl ratings and both glide ( although may not have a future ) and opengl are very much faster than d3d.
