EMS USB2 gamepad convertor troubles

I'm having trouble getting my EMS USB2 controller to work (shown below):

I install the drivers found on their site (3.0), it says it installs correctly, but when I go to the game pad configuration (in the start menu under the EMS menu) it brings up the generic windows game controller dialog. Trying to add ANY game controller gives me an error that says my game port is not configured. I'm really stuck since there is no real troubleshooting or FAQ available from the manufacturer. Anyone able to help point me int he direction of how to get this working with Pcsx2?

The link to the product can be found here:

Are you using a 32bit or 64bit version of Windows?

I figured out what the issue was. I overlooked the switch on the side of the adapter, and it was set to "game" rather than "pc". thanks for helping though.
