Yes, because 1.4V is the suggested maximum limit for a 45nm CPU by most people, but I suggest lower (1.35V) if possible.

how much has heat tolerance dropped going from 65nm to 45nm on intel cpus.? As far as I'm aware the the 60-65C range is what applies to conroes.
