Wierd OCing problem

When i go and overclock to 2.6 1156mhz fsb from 800 with a voltage of 1.4(or 1.375 either or) it works perfect. low temps. But if i go to 2.7 with 1200mhz fsb, and 1.4v it goes and boots and goes too the desktop. But after a few minutes (or even seconds) it freezes. And i have tried to increase voltage a little more but it dosnt work.

Or perhaps you're pushing your ram too much with too tight timings? Have you tried with the timings as loose as possible to rule it out?
