ALiveNF6G-DVI Motherboard

Pleeeeease can someone help very urgent.

I want to buy a processor and graphics card for a upgrade for my computer, I am in the stage of buying it.

Although I am unsure if my ALiveNF6G-DVI motherboard can support the AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+ AM2 Retail Socket AM2 Processor I want to buy, if not I would go for the 64 X2 6000+ which I am more sure is compatible. Please can someone help if it is compatible.

Also if the XFX GF 8600GTS, 675M 256MB DDR3, Dual DVI TV Graphics Card is compatible with my computer specs (want to add it externally to my computer through DVI).

My specs are...

AMD Sempron 3200+ 1.81 GHZ
(Avg clock speed: 1808.3 MHz)
32Bit Vista Basic
(4GB Ram- 2 x Kingston DDR2 Ram, 2 x Corsair DDR2 Ram Each 1GB) (Only Shows 3GB on Windows and 4GB on Bios :S)
Motherboard: AliveNF6G-DVI
Chipset: Nvidia MCP61
Graphics Card: Integreated Nvidia 6xxx (I put the x's because is 6000 something although I cant me too sure)

Hello,
If anyone could please inform me of any advice whatsoever they could give regarding upgrading as above.

I have purchased the items and am awaiting them to be delivered, as no-one has advised this would be much appreciated.

Thank you.
