LOL this reminds me of a cow that came'd to the shop wanting her PC repaired and kept saying oh.. my poor baby this, oh my poor baby that, from 4 to 4 words, baby would definitely came out of here mouth, me and the other guy there where on the floor laughing.

PS: and no wonder the PC would stop working i havent seen a PC that filthy my entire life, from dead bugs to spiders, food debris, not even one vent was free all were full of dust no air could come in and non could get out. (even the cooler couldnt move because of the dust..)

Christ!!!!!! I didn't get one til I was 26 or so.....

It was on old IMB NetVista with a 478 or something Asrock Motherboard..

The clock was like 1.8, nd I turned it up (not knowwing what I was doing) and fried the Hell out of it.... I think I got to 2.5 with the Turbo enabled, but that was it.....

When the sales guy took it out it was all black and fried....

When I get mad I use it as a football....

Lawsuit for what ? i never heard Intel had copyright over numbers... next thing you know you'l see a trial for AMD having the same frequency as some of there CPU's.

Not numbers no but names. 940 is in this case a name, before Phenom2 popped up you associated a 2.93Ghz Quad made by Intel with it, now however with a second product being on the market with the same name at the same time a lot more than the possibility for reasonable confusion exists between the two competing products.
Now when that comes to company names for instance that gives rise to a lawsuit...or rather the registrar of companies will not even allow the second company to be formed unless it's an entirely different industry and it's not expected that anyone will get confused.
