Is it possible to enter two buttons at the same time?

Hi, I want to know if it possible to enter two buttons at the same time. I am trying to get diagonal down but just can't seem to do it in ePSXe which is incredibly annoying. Is there some way I can enter down and left together?

by double map i ment assign two actions to a single key. for example left and down would be mapped to the same key, so when you press that key, both the left and down commands are executed simultaneously. im pretty sure its possible but i dont know if it would get you the results you want, try it and see if it works for you though.

I'm guessing that you are trying to press both left+down, or right+down on your keyboard, right?
If that is the case, some keyboards aren't capable of pressing them both at the same time (it's rare but do occur). you could try mapping left, right, down, up to other keys - or try another keyboard (or get a gamepad, if my speculations are correct)

you _could_ map both down and left to the key H, for example - but it would be a hassle if you wanted to go only left or down (unless you can have multiple keys for the same action in the config).

what you could do is to remap all the up, down, left, right to other keys on the keyboard - try the classical w,a,d,s for example, and see of you can multi-press then

Odd, then something else seems to be the problem.
I'll let someone who might know more of your problem advice you since i'm clueless to what is actually causing the problem (game compatability/controller plugin/something else?)
