Trouble with Delta2

Hey I just downloaded Delta2 V 2.01 and Im trying to run some of the games. However when I try to run them it opens ePSXe and then it just gives me the little hourglass then nothing happens. I wish I knew how to fix this.

Alright. I looked through all the stuff. However when I tried to run FF IX just through ePSXe it would start up then crash. I realise this is a different problem then what I had posted before but I think that if I can get the emu to work then maybe delta will work too.

Use Pete's OpenGL2 2.8 video plugin and Eternal SPU 1.41 (not lite) sound plugin, you can get them here.
