Converting Save File

Hey guys. I just got this program, and I've got to say it's awsome. I havn't really used it yet, but I'm going to.
I was wondering if there is a way to get my saved data from my PSX memory card to my computer? Cause I want to continue playing FFVII on my computerm but I don't want to have to start a new game.
Is there a way to do this?

easiest way - own a PSx memcard reader (forgot the name), other way is when you have PS2 (with N/A)or PSTwo and ability to run homebrew apps like uLaunchELF, than you can copy savegame to pendrive or to pc by network... but how to convert it that it would be read by ePSXe... there is a way but I don't remember it.

Thank you. So the easiest way is to spend the $$$... Well, I guess it's best to jest finish the game on my PS2, or start a new file then.
