use gameshark cheats with epsxe?

yo im wondering how to do this? theres a cheat folder and all that but cant figure out how to use it. do i gotta download a PSX gameshark program? im trying to unlock extreme battle mode and hunk and tofus game in RE2 dual shock

PEC... still have yet to get it to work. all i get is a damn error when i load games, such as: opcode 16 unk (pc 00010004)

PEC sucks... simply put. is there something that actually works?

Keep it to one thread and don't bump old threads. And try to be a little nicer...people will be less inclined to help you if your first post is "this program sucks, now help me fix it".
