question about epsxe

k im using the delta thing and it has all the games listed on it already, can i play those games right off the bat or do i still need a cd ? ex: im trying to play FF 9 and it will say error reading disc (some numbers with , in between) and then abnother one with diff numbers.

also if i cant run games without the discs is there anyway to get the games downloaded on my computer without buying or having them in the first place?

NO, if you want to stay with this community than again NO

you need to play off CD, or make an ISO out of the game you own. NGEmu does not support piracy, read the rules.

and i really don't know why you put this in screenshots, moving...
