GME files and ePSXe? (FFTastic)

Has anyone here used the Final Fantasy Tactics editing program "FFTastic" before? The program can edit save files to allow you to toy around with characters and such, but doesn't require a Gameshark or anything like that. My problem is that it can only load .gme files for editing, and ePSXe uses .mcr files to save things. Is there some way to turn a .mcr into a .gme? I tried just renaming it, but when I do that, ePSXe no longer actually saves information to the file (that is, it looks like it saves, but when you load the game again, it says "No saved data").

I would check the official website, but www.fftactics.net is down, and I'm not sure if it's just a temporary thing or if it's down for good. >.<

If anyone could point me in the right direction here, I'd be greatly appreciative!

You want to convert .gme to .mcr? use PSXmemtool.
