I suggest not to.
Both files refer to the same burutter.dll file and both the 1.5.2 and 1.6.0 versions have different versions of burutter.dll file.

Works fine. Can also copy PSXEven right into.
(ePSXe 1.5.2 and 1.6.0 : Unified plugin settings, memcards, savestates.)

Well, assuming the structure of the burutter.dll file is the same, i'm sure it would be fine. And burutter.dll is actually only for a PSX pad USB adapter no one even uses...

it's fine to combine them, in fact, if you're using the Delta frontend that's what you do (it's actually 1.5.2 in the 1.6.0 folder).

a lot more stuff than jkkdark pointed out. people make 1.6.0 out to be evil because some square games suffer. yeah, some compatibility was lost. but new features like allowing 2 player analog (1.5.2 only lets first controller be analog), game fixes for CTR, GT2, etc, make it have its merits. too bad i cant find a full changelog..
