cpka.dll?

Ok, Where can i get this file. I have all the plugins but the emulator will not work without this file for some reason.

OK, i got the file and I put it in the plugin folder, but I still get the same error ;(. Anyone Help?

if the emulator asks for a dll file, put the file in the same folder as the emulator (so where epsxe.exe is)

weird though....its the first time i hear someone with this problem

You should disable the netplay .
Cpka.dll is a netplay plugin called Cyber Pad .
So go to Config-->Netplay and select Disabled Netplay.
