Problems with sound recording...

I tried recording a small clip of sound using Eternal's plugin, and didn't seem to have any errors. But now, the only file I can find is spulog.spu in my ePSXe main folder.... Is there any way I can get ePSXe to record it to a .mp3 or .wav file or something? Or some way to convert the .spu file to those formats?
