Help me!

I'm new to this, so forgive me if I'm placing this in the wrong place.

I downloaded games using Azureus (torrents) and they come in .RAR format. WHen I use WinRAR to unzip it, it has 3 files in the folder - .img file, .ccd file, and a .sub file. I tried putting all 3 on a cd (I tried to make them into a data cd). Would ePSXe run that do you think, or how do I make an ISO file (or bin) out of games I downloaded?

IMG are ISOs, in fact IMGs are BIN files with a different extension, the content is exactly the same... though I can't help you more cause you didn't read the forum rules
