This is about ePSXe
Maybe it's framerate. Did you limited it to 30?

I'm curious too... after making sure frame rate's not limited to 30
And did you use the recommended plugins?

Seeing he's from Germany if he has the PAL versions of the game it should be limited to 50 right?

Anyway, you can find those settings in the graphics plugin configuration.

Also you can try frameskipping. (but if you have a fast computer like you said, that shouldn't be needed)

i wouldnt recommend frame skipping at all, even if you have a slow computer. it messes iwth compatibility and game play.

Well hushy, I played FF9 with frameskipping because I really needed it, and I finished it. Otherwise it would run at half speed and though it looks smooth it isn't playable. (imagine random encounters at that speed )

And MEETyA, your computer really should be fast enough. And also when we ask for computer specs usually we only need to know about CPU, Videocard, Ram. Other things are of minor importance, except the amount of free HD space

Take a look at the picture in my attachment, these are my own settings. The settings surrounded by red might be of importance for you. Make sure you have them the same as I have, or change the ' 60 ' to '50' if you're playing PAL games
