Game save icons = game icons in ePSXeCutor?

I'd like to use the memory card icons as images for the game icons in ePSXeCutor.

What I've been doing is starting the ePSXe GUI, doing RUN BIOS, going to the memory card management screen, taking a screenshot, then editing the screenshot in a graphics program (like Gimp or Paint) to cut out the icon image I want.

Does anyone know of a tool that will export the memcard icons so I can skip the rigamarole?
