No Sound During FMVs

Sound playback is perfectly fine during actual gameplay, but during most full motion videos on ePSXe I'm not hearing any sound. I've tried tweaking the config settings and using alternate sound plug-ins but so far I've had no luck. I know that sound used to play with the FMVs when I had my old setup, but after reformatting my computer it hasn't worked.

I'm using ePSXe v.1.6.0 with the ePSXe SPU Core 1.5.2 as the sound plug-in. Here's what my plug-in settings for Pete's D3D Driver 1.1.56 look like:

Enable the top 3 options in sound config, make sure the bottom one is off, and use the Eternal plugin.
