Need help locating ePSXe config file

Well, I'm not sure if that's what you'd call it, but I'm looking for the file(or files) that store all my epsxe information. I want to reset all my settings because I think there's something corrupted about the file, but I don't know where the file is located. I'm assuming it's in my windows directories somewhere but I can't locate it manually. Can someone help me with this?

In the registry: HKCU > Software > Vision Thing. Delete that key
