In search of PEC

I can't get onto http://www.emucheater.com/ to get the PEC program.. just get an error message when I go there. Is there any alternate places I can go to get it? If not, would anyone be kind enough to send me a copy of theirs? Send me a PM if you can.

well. it took me a while.. but I found another place that had it. Errm... thanks people.. for your keen interest in helping me. I found the download at http://www.emuxhaven.net/.
