No background music?

I tried just about every game I have, and all of them have no background music. Is this because of my CD-Rom plugin? I know it's not the sound plugin, I tried them all. Can anyone help me?

Make sure you have enabled sound, xa sound and cdda sound under 'config->sound'. Knowing wich spu and cd plugin are you using, and how are they configured can help, too.

Hmmm....I am pretty sure that he is running games off an ISO.

if your game has CDDA audio you must use Mooby's plugin to get the CDDA sound going. doing File-->Run ISO wont play CDDA audio.

if you happen to be playing Twisted Metal2, you're SOL.

If you read the game directly from cd-rom, make sure the digital audio cable or analog audio from the cd-rom are connected to the mainboard.
