you probably did the command line switch wrong. paste in your entire command line and we'll correct it for you.

Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]
(C) Copyright 1985-2001 Microsoft Corp.

C:\Program Files\Talisman 2\themes\eg>"C:\New Directory\epsxe160\ePSXe.exe" -loa
dbin "O:\Gamez\Capcom Vs SNK\CAPCOM_VS_SNK_PRO.img"

C:\Program Files\Talisman 2\themes\eg>"C:\New Directory\epsxe160\ePSXe.exe" -loa
dbin O:\Gamez\Capcom Vs SNK\CAPCOM_VS_SNK_PRO.img"

tried both, all they do is startup the emulator

That's because you needed to rip it as a bin file I believe. Rip it with a different app.

Another point which only occured to me. An O: drive? Is that a network drive of some kind? IIRC epsxe doesn't support reading from network drives, so if so you should try copying the file locally.
