Is there a way to save game-specific configurations?

Most people are aware that certain games simply need different video / sound settings. Is there a way to set up the video driver for a specific game, which will load when you use that game, but not when you use other games?

hmm... i think it might not hurt to also post in this the fact that i think it is also a good idea to just bundle that into epsxe, since i think over a year w/o news posts on the site is not a good omen

anyways, i know that they probobly have more news than what they released on august 5th, that is not in the sticky.
