I got ePSXe working fairly well on Intel graphics, just use Pete's DX6 D3D plugin (or the Soft GPU) . The computer did have a P4 2.4GHz though, but in theory that wouldn't matter anyway due to the video hardware bottleneck.

yes, it will work, my old P3 450Mhz 128MB ram and an Intel82810 can still handle it, but slow
