Is there any way to change ePSXe Controller Pad Options?

Because the default one wont let me use the Enter key on the numpad it keeps switching to a different letter is there any way to change the controller settings to a different plugin? theres no where to configure it

I think there's a pad configurator tool for ePSXe, or you could edit the registry.
ePSXe does not support Pad plugins at this time.

could you tell me where i could get this tool or how i would edit the registry? i want the L1 key to be numpad Enter Key
