What to do when you cant make a PSX game into a ISO?
Yeah hi all, just wondering, i got Alcohol 120%, i have already done GT1 and FFIX onto the comp, and now i found a game that wont go into a .iso but a .mds! And ePSXe doesnt support that type of image. Is there one program that will guarantee that this game(Shane Warne Cricket '99 PAL) will go into .iso and so i can continue playing it?

did you save it as a .iso or a .ccd? well since i first posted this, i got WinISO, and i tried converting a .mds file to .iso and that didnt work, and then tried dumping off the disk and then when it was about 45% in the game it said it couldnt read from source. Any thoughts on that?

You can just create an image in Alcohol 120% as a Clone CD image (.ccd). It will create this files:
game.ccd game.img game.sub game.img can be readed without problems like and ISO image by the emulator. I have created many images with this proccedure and I dont have any problem reading them. Remember that ePSXe not only reads .iso images! |
