KERNEL32.dll error

After installing everything correctly, the bios, the plugins I went to the wizard to configure my Emulator. After clicking yes to the scph1001 bios to be used I get a windows error:

"The procedure entry point SMapLS_IP_EBP_20 could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll."

Also, it seems all the Sound drivers in this emulator do not test correctly...this could be linked to gether with the kernel32.dll problem..or not?!

any clues guys??

Delete any files with the letters "TSG" in them from your plugin directory.

Are you refering to the test button? If so ignore it

. Next to no plugins acually use the test function anymore.
